Sealy Lookout up the mountain

Yep!  I know I have to get myself a washing machine for the van at some time to save all this laundry money!!!!!  The morning is good but coming into lunchtime the clouds are starting to gather so we decided to take the drive up to Sealy Lookout up the hills.  We marvelled at the steep slopes the bananas are grown on. We decided to take a drive after a quiet Sunday waiting for Sue and Ken to call in on their way back from South West Rocks (which we intend to call in and have a look at) on the Monday up to Sealy Lookout.  Unfortunately, it was probably the worst day for viewing from the mountains down to the sea.   The view from the top is just spectacular.  I can imagine on a clear day one could see for miles and miles.  Not this afternoon though.  Low cloud almost covered Coffs Harbour from up at the sky pier.

We walked down to the shopping centre mid afternoon and got back to the camp just before torrential rain descended down and it was so heavy we decided to stay for another 2 days to let the ground dry out before we attempted to move.  Luckily the site was still available so it was no problem!
